Service choices in healthcare refer to the range of healthcare services financed from public funds. The service choices are relevant to both public healthcare and private health services eligible for Kela reimbursements.

Council for Choices in Health Care in Finland (COHERE Finland)

The task of the Council for Choices in Health Care in Finland is to issue recommendations on services that should be included in the range of public health services. The Council is a permanent body appointed by the Government that works in conjunction with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
